FILL JET HF PET (HOT FILLING)
Tribloc rinser-filler-capper for the hot filling (up to 95°C) of PET bottles, ideal for non-carbonated products, such as juice, tea, sports drinks and functional drinks, complete with Neck-Handling transfer system.
Filling valves: their main feature is the separate air return, which guarantees extremely hygienic filling while greatly reducing contamination problems. They are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, with a very fine finishing, making them remarkably hygienic. The valve features a pneumatic opening/closing system, which is extremely reliable and free from components subject to wear; only one seal (sanitary membrane) can come into contact with the product, eliminating any possible contamination.
Meticulous care has been taken with the seals, both in terms of shape and material, to ensure maximum durability and high performance. All the seals are “food grade” certified (F.D.A.) and sterilizable. During the sanitization phase, when the dummy bottles are inserted, the sanitizing liquid comes into contact with every single part of the valve.
