TRIPLE TREATMENT ELECTRONIC RINSER-STERILISER VERSION
This is a special, fully electronic version, so the treatment times can be varied on the basis of the container and kept constant even when the hourly output – of rinsing and sterilizing glass or plastic containers – varies.
The first treatment is with hot water at 40°C recovered from the second, the second is with osmotic water at 50°C and the third with distilled water (WFI) at 90°C. Different liquids and sterilizing chemical solutions – with variable concentrations and temperatures – can be used, depending on customer’ requirements.
The machine is equipped with a camera-operated system to control the effectiveness of the jet and with a bottle ejector that selects any bottles that have not been sterilized.
