Fill Jet BC

Promec fillers are manufactured according to the highest qualitative standards, the most modern hygienic design criteria (EHEDG standards) and the best technologies and materials currently on the market, in compliance with the international regulations on safety (EC standards) and food grade (FDA regulations). They are modular and versatile machines that are used to fill large containers, made of both plastic and glass, for hourly outputs of up to 10,000 bph.

FILL-JET BC machines are available in the following versions:

• individual fillers;
• monoblock including filler and capper;
• triblock including rinser, filler and capper.

To minimise the overall dimensions, each machine model is supplied with different configurations and a machine pitch in line with the processed containers.

Capper detail

Rinser and filler for 5-6 lt PET

The FILL-JET-BC machines are ideal for the filling of the following products: natural water, clear cold-pressed fruit juice without pulp; sports drinks; tea with preservatives; fresh milk; oil, vinegar.

Main features of FILL-JET machines:

• Version featuring bottle transfer by neck gripping (neck handling system) for PET bottles and by bottom gripping for glass bottles. Combined processing of both glass and PET bottles is possible.
• Easy access to the machine thanks to side guards that are floor-mounted and secured to the machine base
• Quick changeover (upon request)
• ULTRACLEAN configuration with laminar flow cabin and self-draining base (upon request) to improve the shelf life of sensitive products such as juice and milk

FILL JET BC
MECHANICAL VERSION

Tribloc rinser-filler-capper ideal for filling non-carbonated water into large plastic or glass containers (up to 10 litres), for outputs of up to 10,000 BPH. The filling valve is of the mechanical gravity type and is activated by the bottles, which are moved by special jacks.

• Simple, reliable valve, easy to sanitize.
• Extremely precise filling level
• Hygienically-designed, internally polished central tank

FILL JET BC
VOLUMETRIC VERSION

Tribloc rinser-filler-capper ideal for filling still water into large plastic or glass containers (up to 12 litres), for outputs of up to 10,000 BPH. The filling system is volumetric, by means of magnetic or mass flow meters, which guarantee filling precision and repeatability; each flow meter is coupled with a two-position pneumatic diaphragm valve, which guarantees gradual closure of the product flow and extreme reliability.

• No contact between filling valves and bottles
• Volumetric filling by means of magnetic or mass flow meters
• Extreme precision in terms of quantity bottled
• Simple filling valves with no stagnation points, easy to sanitize
