Thanks to the versatility of the EVOLUTION rinsers and blowers, Promec has developed container cleaning systems for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, for both glass and plastic bottles.
RINSER-BLOWER VERSION (DOUBLE TREATMENT)
The rinsers- blowers are machines with two separate units installed on the same base: the first being a hot water rinser and the second a hot air blower to minimize the liquid residue in the bottle; the treatment times can be varied in order to optimize the effectiveness of container cleaning and eliminate the liquid residue. A manifold installed on the blower carousel blows hot air onto the external surface of the containers.
Rinsing with water ensures more effective cleaning of the container.
