This is a model of a linear rinser-sterilizer for large plastic containers, from 5 to 20 litres, in a version with mobile rotating nozzles.
Principle of operation:
The rinser is equipped with pneumatic grippers that grip the bottles by the neck and align them with special spraying nozzles, available in single or double treatment versions.
After the spraying and dripping phases, the containers are turned upside down and repositioned on the conveyor belt to be transferred to the filling machine. In the single treatment version, the bottle is simply rinsed with sterile water or a sterilizing solution such as ozone or chlorine. In the double treatment version, the function of the first nozzle is to sterilize the bottle with appropriate sterilizing solutions (peracetic acid, H2O2, chlorine dioxide…) while the function of the second nozzle is to eliminate any residue of these substances by injecting sterile water. The same machine can be used in a blower version to clean the bottles with sterile air or ionized air, using special ionizing nozzles of our own design.

- Mobile rinsing nozzles that penetrate inside the containers to guarantee maximum washing efficiency; a special rotating multiple-jet nozzle, with high-pressure jets aimed in all directions, sprays the entire inside wall of the body and neck of the container with water.

- Single or double treatment machine, also in sterilizer version.
